Private Lesson Policies
LESSON PAYMENTS
Monthly Lesson Payments are to be turned in the last week of lessons every month! Checks may be postdated for the 1st of the upcoming
lesson month. ALL Payments received after the 1st will be charged a $20.00 late fee! If for some reason you miss the last week of
lessons, you may mail a check or drop one off by the first.
No excuses for late payments!
Your check must be received by the 1st to not receive a late charge.
Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE
All checks are to be written to Angel Higgs
MAKE UP LESSONS
Lessons are ONLY available for make up in the case of sickness or emergency. Lessons missed due to an increase of homework, school
activities, involvement in other extra curricular activities ARE NOT available for make ups.
There are no make ups for make ups! If you miss your rescheduled lesson, you do not get to reschedule it again.
Missed or non-made up lessons MAY NOT be substituted or subtracted from an upcoming months lesson fee!
IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE MISSING A WEEK OR MORE OF LESSONS tell your instructor BEFORE or by the 1st of the month that
you will be absent so that you can schedule your make up(s).
DISCONTINUING
Give at least a two weeks notice if you will not be continuing your vocal studies.
RECITAL CONCERTS
Recitals are not mandatory; however they are recommended. A two month minimum of studies is required to participate in a recital.
A Recital Fee must be submitted in order for you to participate in any production. Fees vary depending upon the venue. All fees must be
received by the given deadline in order for you to participate.
