There are no refunds for payments.

Weekly Lessons
Lesson's are held on a consecutive weekly basis.  You may have more than one lesson a week if my schedule allows.  Lesson's
are held on the same day and time every week.  It is not possible to study bi-weekly.

Lesson Blocks
There are no extensions given for lesson blocks.  If you plan on discontinuing instead of renewing your block or are going down
to a smaller block, let me know at least 3 weeks in advance.  Block renewals are due the last week of the current ending lesson
block.  Payments received after will be charged a $20 late fee.


MAKE UP LESSONS
All students are alloted 1 make up lesson per 5 lessons. Make up lessons MUST be made up within 2 weeks of absence.   
Regardless of circumstance no more than 1 MU per 5 lessons will be given.  This ratio is based on the average lessons missed
by consistent students within a lesson block.  If you notify me that you will be missing a scheduled lesson in advance, I will
reschedule you as my schedule allows; however advanced rescheduling is limited based on my schedule.  I DO NOT make up
last minute cancellations.  I must receive at least a 2 hour notification.  There are no make ups for make ups.  If you miss
or cancel your rescheduled make up lesson, it is lost.    Due to my heavy teaching schedule is it important that you be committed
to attending your lessons as scheduled.  Contact me in regards to emergency situations.

SICKNESS
If you/your child is coughing, sneezing, has a tummy ache, virus, poison ivy, etc OR has been out of school for the day DO NOT
bring them to voice!  Singing is my livelihood and the livelihood of the majority of my clients so we cannot afford to be sick!

Coaching Expectation
My intent when coaching is to fully develop the voice of my clients.  Weekly homework exercises are assigned and results are
expected from homework assignments.  Though I am flexible with coaching various age groups, I still expect my students to work
hard regardless of age.  I am not your "average" vocal coach.  My standards are high for my students.  With that said, if your
child just wants to merely "have fun singing" I'm not the coach for them.  However, if they want to have fun WHILE LEARNING &
being challenged to grow into the best vocalist they can be...I'm PERFECT:)  I have oodles of patience as long as I know they
are giving me their best.

Weekly 1/2 hour lessons are ONLY available for students 11 years and younger.  Block payments are due in full.  Block
renewals and or warning of discontinuance are to be made 3 weeks prior to the end of the current block.
